MacIntyre champions mental health in the workplace

17 May 2025
Blog post

by Seb Moh, Quality and People Director

At MacIntyre, we are proud to prioritise mental health and wellbeing across our organisation.

To mark Mental Health Awareness Week, over 70 of our staff, including myself, recently completed Mental Health First Aid training—building on our ongoing efforts to create a supportive and caring workplace.

This initiative reflects our commitment to supporting our teams and responding to the real challenges people face.

We’re also developing a new wellbeing strategy, due to launch later this year, to further embed mental, physical and emotional well-being into everyday working life at MacIntyre.

Wellbeing matters—at MacIntyre, it’s part of who we are.
