MacIntyre prides itself on having high standards of training and development throughout the organisation. It therefore gave us great pleasure to recognise one of our colleagues Sandra White with the prestigious 2021 ‘Learning and Development Champion’ award. Sandra received this award at a recent online staff awards ceremony for her great accomplishments over the past year.
Sandra was chosen for this award because of all the hard work she has put in behind the scenes to keep training running during lockdown for the Milton Keynes team. She went above and beyond project managing an extremely complex schedule of training across multiple sites, ensuring everyone had what they needed and that all learners were recognised for their achievements. Knowledge is power and Sandra certainly ensured that our team continued to grow and learn through difficult times.
