MacIntyre’s Central Support teams include our local administrative teams and our main office in Milton Keynes where our central function teams of Finance, HR, Payroll, Marketing and Recruitment are based.
This year’s winner of the Specialist Support Award is Mihaela Pop. Mihaela works in our Staff Support team which manages MacIntyre’s payroll function for over 2,000 staff.
In the nomination colleagues noted that:
“Mihaela is one of MacIntyre’s unsung heroines. Mihaela is consistently warm, constructive and solution-focused, getting on with the crucial job of making sure we’re all paid each month. Some people bring a grace and positivity to their roles which go above and beyond the normal way of working. Mihaela is one of them.”
