A step forward for Kevin

News

For many people we support, working isn’t just about earning money. Employment plays a big part in meeting new people, learning new skills and feeling valued as part of society.

Recently, Kevin from Flackwell Heath took one big step closer to working at his local Tesco, something he is proud to share.

After showing an interest in working at the store, staff supported Kevin to explore how he could not only speak to the store's Community Champion, but also to the local store manager.

Kevin has since met with the local manager to discuss how he could help out in the store and is hoping to start working there once a week.
