We have some outstanding employees at MacIntyre and every month one person from each division is chosen to be our Employee of the Month.
Below are the names of the winners in the categories of MacIntyre Adult Social Care, Children and Young People, MacIntyre No Limits™, and Specialist Support Services, together with an extract from their nominations.
Antoinette Kotula – Crosby Close (Adult Social Care)
Antoinette has shown exceptional leadership and dedication, driving projects like the Everyone Everywhere photo exhibition and the Dance Reignite project. She goes above and beyond to make events inclusive, connecting people and ensuring they’re represented. Her energy, creativity, and persistence make a real difference in people’s lives, and her work has had a profound impact on the community.
Selebaleng Bernard – Wingrave (CYP)
Since becoming a Link Worker, Selebaleng has gone above and beyond, consistently keeping communication up-to-date and building strong relationships with young people and their families. She is organized, attentive to details, and supports colleagues through mentoring. Selebaleng is a model of dedication, care, and professionalism in her role.
Rachel Hudson – No Limits MK (No Limits)
Rachel excels in overcoming barriers to learning, supporting a young person who is deaf and learning both English and BSL. She pursues her own development to better support the learner and shares her skills with colleagues, boosting confidence across the team. Her commitment, adaptability, and leadership make her an outstanding personal tutor.
Calum McNally – Marketing (Support Services)
Calum goes the extra mile to understand and showcase projects, such as joining a music story group to capture its impact authentically. He combines genuine curiosity with hands-on involvement, creating meaningful work and joy in the process. Calum also supports colleagues with guidance, resources, and a friendly, inclusive approach, bringing energy and expertise to the team.
