We’re delighted to recognise four colleagues as our Employees of the Month for January, celebrating the skill, commitment and teamwork they bring to their roles across MacIntyre.
Shaun Stewardson – Adult Social Care (Bury)
Shaun is recognised for the organisation and thought he put into supporting someone to plan and enjoy a tour of Bury, his home town and favourite place. Shaun coordinated the day in detail, from travel plans and timings to ensuring everyone was prepared, even starting work early to make sure everything ran smoothly. He encouraged colleagues from Warrington to join, helping build stronger connections between teams. The trip was such a success that the group planned a return visit, with a Warrington tour arranged in response. Shaun’s teamwork, communication and attention to detail made the experience enjoyable for everyone involved.
Leah Bridewell – Children & Young People (Wingrave)
Leah from our Therapy Team has gone above and beyond to support her team during a period of absence and remote working. Alongside continuing her work across the school and children’s homes, she has provided consistent guidance, coaching and coordination, while also ensuring an absent colleague remained fully involved. Through daily check-ins, Teams calls and messages, Leah helped maintain communication, continuity and team morale. She has stepped into meetings, delivered training at short notice and kept the team connected, balancing professionalism with warmth and humour. Throughout it all, Leah has kept young people firmly at the centre of her work.
Janet Wilkes – No Limits (Buckinghamshire South)
Janet is recognised for her professionalism and positivity during a demanding recruitment drive. She worked through a large volume of detailed CVs with focus and attention, managing a heavy workload while maintaining high standards. Janet consistently stepped up when needed, remained constructive under pressure, and played an important role in keeping the process moving smoothly. Her commitment and reliability make her a valued member of the team.
Denise Rogers – Central and Support (Recruitment Team)
Denise is nominated for her consistent dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. She has played a key role in recent recruitment projects, including the Hertfordshire recruitment push, where her work has directly contributed to reducing vacancies and agency spend. Denise’s focus, attention to detail and collaborative approach have made a tangible difference, and her contribution continues to have a positive impact across the organisation.
